CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel it. Our fulfillment process is streamlined to ensure fast dispatch times, and cancelling an order would disrupt this flow.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted if you've ordered the incorrect size and the desired size is in stock.

  • Returns can be issued as store credit, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A re-delivery fee will apply for exchanges.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging included.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email channel83studio@gmail.com with your order number and details. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy. Non-compliant items may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL — WAS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

If you received an order number at checkout, your order was successfully processed. Please save this number for your records.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, contact us at channel83studio@gmail.com.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER — WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?

We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. You should typically receive a tracking number within 3 days of purchase.

During peak periods (e.g. promotions or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

All transactions are securely processed with SSL encryption, ensuring your card details remain protected. You will be asked for your card number, expiry date, and CVN.

PayPal allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance or linked card. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order and automatically redirected back to our website once payment is confirmed.
